The demo form's on your website, are those layouts available somewhere?
Ex. the layout with custom amount on left side, and 4 buttons on the other side with a cute line separing the columns.. or the 'save the rainforest' customized form?
Any css to modify the one and only default form?
Moving the custom amount Below the selectable amounts, adjusting radio buttons?
For the documentation - I also miss some info about custom css - which elements are controlling which form field etc..
